Terms
The terms on which the house sells. They sit alongside your statutory rights as a consumer and never reduce them.
Prices
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT. Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and is shown before payment is completed, so the total you confirm is the total you pay. Prices may change, but never for an order already placed.
When The Contract Is Made
Your order is an offer. The contract is formed when we confirm it by email. If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Right Of Withdrawal
For standard pieces you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Tell us within that period, by any clear statement, and return the piece within 14 days of telling us. We refund within 14 days of receiving the piece back, or of proof that you sent it. The direct cost of return is yours where the reason is not attributable to us. Pieces must come back unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags.
Where Withdrawal Does Not Apply
Pieces made to your own measurements, or in a colour chosen by you, are clearly personalised and fall under the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal. This is why the site asks you to confirm your measurements before such a piece can be added to the bag. It does not affect your rights if the piece is defective or was not made as agreed.
How To Withdraw
Within 14 days of receiving the pieces, write to office@lefreakcestchicc.it or to mpg.srls@legalmail.it with your order reference, the pieces concerned and the date you received them. The house replies with the address to send them to. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not obliged to: any clear statement will do.

Legal Guarantee Of Conformity
Every piece carries the statutory two-year guarantee of conformity. If a piece is not as described, not of the expected quality, or not fit for its ordinary purpose, you may ask for it to be repaired or replaced at no cost, and where that is impossible or disproportionate, for a reduction in price or for the contract to be ended. Tell us as soon as you notice. This guarantee is in addition to, and never instead of, anything else on this page.
Made To Order
A piece made to order is cut after you order it: allow the time shown on the piece, two weeks unless it says otherwise, from order to delivery. A piece that is ready to send leaves the atelier within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by the courier; they are not contractual dates.
Payment
Payment is taken on this site by card, through Stripe. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach our servers. Nothing is charged until you confirm the payment.
Complaints And Disputes
Write to mpg.srls@legalmail.it first: most things are settled that way. Italian law applies, and as a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and may bring proceedings before the court of your own place of residence.
Intellectual Property
The photographs, the collection, the texts and the marks on this site belong to the house. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking.
